For the BIRE and ULTRA models, make sure the speakers are turned on,  connected to the jukebox and with the master volume of 50% or more.

If your jukebox has a remote control, point the remote towards the face of your jukebox. Make sure you are in range (no more than ten mts apart). Regulate the volume with the +/- button.

NOTE: Make sure the remote control has working batteries.

The volume control ls also located at the back part of the jukebox. You can regulate the volume by pressing the + / – buttons.

If you have a touchscreen jukebox, select the SEARCH option. Write the word ARION, followed by 111. The volume screen will pop out.

Make sure the volume of your jukebox is adequate.

For BIRE and ULTRA models, please check your speakers are on and rightfully connected to the jukebox.

Make sure the selection that your jukebox is playing is not only an audio file.

Verify that the screens are turned on and that the cable is properly plugged in.

To verify  the configuration of the external screens, you must:

Select  SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE  ( you MUST have a valid username and password)

For non-touchscreen jukeboxes, you must select with an X  Display video in Main Monitor option, located in the Settings and Diagnosis menu.

For touchscreen jukeboxes, select Settings and Diagnostic menu /  Screens and verify the following options:

UI Display: 1- PLUG PLAY AND MONITOR

For Video display select: 2 – PLUG AND PLAY MONITOR

SAVE THE CHANGES AND EXIT THE MENU.

The jukebox content is stored in alphabetic order. You can type the first letter of the artist name or song, and you can easily navigate the menu with the right and left arrows. You can even search by name, artist, genre, song, or video. For touchscreen jukeboxes gently press in the direction of the arrow you wish to select.

For keyboard jukeboxes, please press the arrows in the direction you wish the cursor to move.

If in the displayed content you cant find your selection, please contact your operator for more music for your Arion jukebox.

For keyboard jukeboxes, press the NEW/ NUEVO key. They will be displayed on the screen and will be easily recognized by a yellow star on top of the album.

In touchscreen jukeboxes gently press the NEW/NUEVO window, and all the new content will be displayed

NEW refers to the content download to the jukebox in a no longer than  30 days period.

The touchscreen monitor could uncalibrated due to power supply failures or
uncleanliness on the screen. (lack of maintenance)

To fix this failure, you can use your remote control (wire or wireless according your equipment model) push three times the STAR, CAL or Background key (According your remote-control model) after this you will have access to recalibration function for the monitor touchscreen. Follow the instructions on the screen until the Arion system reset.

Make sure your jukebox is connected to a power outlet.  Press the on/off switch located at the bottom left part of the jukebox.

Press the switch located at the back left part of the jukebox.

Make sure your jukebox is connected to a power outlet.  Press the on/off switch located at the back right part of the jukebox.
